Ajman is the smallest of the seven emirates by area, on the Gulf coast next to Sharjah. New homes are being built in two kinds of place: on the coast, at Al Zorah and along the corniche, and inland in growing neighbourhoods such as Al Helio, Al Amerah and Al Yasmeen.
